The exam will cover everything up to and including Chapter 2. This includes reading assignments from the text, Lecture Notes (up to and including Lecture Notes 7).
You are ONLY allowed one 8.5x11 sheet (both sides)
of notes. Closed book, closed notes, and no calculators (you won't need calculators).
